Water Bill Information

• Due Date: Water bills are due on the 10th of each month without penalty.
• Late Penalty: Payments made after the 10th will incur a penalty.
• Disconnection Policy: Service will be discontinued after the 20th of the month if prior arrangements are not made for payment.

Payment Extensions

• Residents are eligible for one payment extension every six months.
• To request an extension, please contact our office 2 business days before cutoff.
• Cutoff Date will always be after the 20th of the month.

7:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.

If you have an emergency after hours please call the Sheriffs's office @ 903-645-2232 and they will contact the on call public works employee.
