Type A Economic Development Corporation (EDC)
The Type A EDC focuses on economic growth, job creation, and business retention within Daingerfield. This funding supports projects that develop infrastructure, workforce training, and new business opportunities.
Key Objectives:

Application & Approval Process
Interested applicants can apply for grants and funding by following these steps:

- Board & City Council Approval: Projects undergo formal review to ensure compliance with economic goals.

To ensure fairness and legal compliance, all applicants must certify that they do not employ undocumented workers, per Texas Government Code Chapter 2264.
